Financial Controller

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a leading global manufacturing business to appoint a dynamic and commercially minded Financial Controller to their Omagh site.
The Role:
You will lead the sites finance function, delivering financial reporting, driving strategic initiatives, and partnering closely with the General Manager to support growth and profitability. This role is a key member of the senior leadership team and will play an integral part in the development and execution of the sites commercial and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a finance team, managing financial and management accounting, P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
- Ensure full financial control, adhering to GAAP and corporate policies while meeting audit requirements.
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with commercial teams to support sales, pricing strategy, machine costing and inventory control.
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of new IT and ERP systems and drive ongoing operational efficiency.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial leadership experience.
- Proven background in manufacturing or large-scale operational environments is highly desirable.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and solutions-driven with excellent Excel and ERP skills.
