Services Administrator – Full Time (Hybrid)
Belfast | Full-time, Permanent | 35 hours per week (4 days office / 1 day home)
Band 5 (£22,569 – £24,043 per annum)
We are seeking a highly organised Services Administrator to join a dynamic team providing vital support services across the island of Ireland. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Role Overview
As Services Administrator, you will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the services team, managing referrals, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries and help coordinate events and activities.
Key Responsibilities

Process referrals and maintain accurate records in the service database

Liaise with external agencies to ensure information is complete and accurate

Provide administrative support for team activities, events, and group programs

Organise and allocate tickets for events and opportunities

Coordinate key annual events and support volunteers

Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
