About the role:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Retentions Advisors to join our team in Derry on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively retain existing customers through inbound and outbound communications channels
- Acquiring new customers via both inbound and outbound channels
- Support customer relocating to new premises, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a healthy conversion rate of connected calls to successful acquisition/retention.
- Meet internal quality standards and customer engagement metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and codes of practice in all sales and marketing activities.
- Work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Set realistic customer expectations in line with company standards.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Up-selling and cross-selling of products and services
- Support wider sales initiatives, including trade shows and promotional events, as needed.
Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for ambitious individuals with a strong customer-first mindset and ideally 1-2 years’ experience in sales and retentions, preferably within the energy, telecoms or similar sectors. While outbound phone-based experience is preferred it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with a proactive, goal-oriented approach to customer engagement. Solid IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel is require along with familiarity with digital sales techniques and social selling with a flexible attitude and willingness to support the wide company community.
