Why We Are Hiring:
As Principal Product Manager, you’ll be joining us as we scale our product organisation to meet ambitious growth targets, working at the forefront of Human Risk Management innovation, you’ll play a key role in shaping our journey of becoming the European leader in Human Risk Management, the fastest growing sector within Cybersecurity.
Leading our newly formed HRM product differentiator squad, our Principal Product Manager will lead the product vision for this greenfield, new product suite for the business & launch it to market. Incredibly well positioned MetaCompliance has the security training content library & existing customer base that other HRM competitors can only dream of.
With the emerging shift in market demand for measurable behaviour changes, accelerated by regulators demanding organisations take greater accountability in preventing behaviour-based breaches. This is an open playing field to harness diverse data sources and AI technologies (Gen-AI, machine learning, LLMs to predict risk, etc.) to develop and shape deep and rich behaviour profiles that identify human vulnerabilities. Delivering insights that enable real-time, tailored actions that reduce org-specific risky behaviours and achieve measurable and meaningful reductions in breaches and security incidents to the customer.
This role represents a unique opportunity to influence the future of how we build products across our entire organisation. You’ll be championed to identify and implement new ways of working, new processes and closer cross department collaboration that accelerates your team’s capability to solve key customer HRM problems at scale.

What We Are Looking For:
Responsibilities:
- Champion the product vision and strategy, defining and executing on your team roadmap to deliver measurable customer value.
- Drive clear, consistent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders to gather insights, build consensus, and ensure alignment on product direction
- Partner with Product Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and feature adoption
- Design and implement scalable product development processes, frameworks, and best practices that improve product delivery across teams
- Define, monitor, and analyse key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to measure success, inform prioritisation, and demonstrate business impact
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to assess technical feasibility, manage trade-offs, and balance feature development with technical debt
- Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to understand user needs and validate solutions
- Triage incoming feature requests, assess strategic alignment and business value, and make data-informed prioritisation decisions
- Enable Sales, Marketing, and Support teams by providing product expertise and resources
- Act as escalation point for complex customer issues, partnering with Support and customer facing teams
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise in Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management industries, developing over time into a subject matter expert internally and externally
- Drive organisational change through influence, rallying teams around shared goals and scaling best practises
Requirements
- Proven product management capability with understanding of technology and/or SaaS platform ecosystems
- Experience shaping portfolio-level strategy
- Track record of influencing product development across multiple teams and roadmaps
- A passion for tackling ambiguous, systemic problems that span organizational boundaries
- Experience of mentoring, coaching and elevating product managers
- Experience defining and tracking key product metrics (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to achieve business outcomes (OKRs)
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Detail-oriented with focus on results
- Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience conducting customer discovery interviews to identify pain points
- Understanding of lean development principles, creating rapid feedback loops focused on customer value and continual improvement of product development practises and processes.
- Systems thinking capability to see connections between products, teams, processes, and business models
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro
- Clear passion for developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems
Nice to have’s
- Experience of A/B testing, AI driven rapid prototyping
- Experience utilising Opportunity Solution Trees
- Utilised data analysis platforms e.g. Pendo, UserPilot, DoveTail, PowerBI, Tableau
- Experience contributing to or collaborating on go-to-market strategies
- Experience of Security Awareness Training and/or Cybersecurity domains, specifically building HRM, risk or data analytic tools.
