Are you looking for a Project Lead Manager role? Interested in working for a leading Main Contractor delivering on property maintenance projects.
VANRATH are recruiting a Project Lead Manager to lead the coordination of multiple projects across NI.
Remuneration:

Overview of Role:
- Responsible for the coordination off all planned programs
- Provide weekly and monthly reports both internally and externally to all existing clients.
- Manage resources to deliver planned daily/weekly and monthly.
- Professionally meet with clients and the supply chain, managing communication between parties
- Manage KPI’s to an acceptable standard including internal and client side
- Provide support on claims, queries and variations to claims
- Assist in the procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Working with your team to prepare accurate and prudent cost-value analysis
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Any additional duties required
The Ideal Person:
- Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing planned or maintenance programs within housing, local government, education, or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and health & safety legislation (e.g. CDM 2015, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety).
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in compliance or planning management.
- Senior client relationship management.
