Event / Member Co-ordinator
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £29,000 £38,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting an Event / Member Coordinator to join a prestigious ProfessionalBody based in Belfast City Centre. This role will see you working closely with senior staff and the Presidential team in planning, delivering, and promoting a wide range of Member Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Events Coordinator to make a real impact, working with a respected organisation at the heart of the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver member events from start to finish including managing bookings and registrations, sourcing venues, organising logistics, liaising with members and suppliers, managing budgets, invoicing, and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare event materials, resources, and reports, analysing feedback to measure success and identify improvements.
- Oversee event booking and registration systems.
- Support the Front of House team in event setup and provide on-the-day coordination.
- Promote and publicise events, ensuring all communications are up to date and engaging.
Essential Criteria
- At least 2 years experience in events management (or events/front of house experience) within the last 5 years.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Criteria
- Recognised qualification in Events Management or Project Management.
- Experience delivering events within a member-focused professional body or the hospitality sector.
