Your new role
As QA Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality assurance activities on site. You’ll lead a small team, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and support production in maintaining high product quality. The role involves monitoring CCPs, conducting internal audits, and ensuring the site is always audit-ready.

What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in a quality role within food manufacturing, ideally with exposure to fresh produce or chilled environments. A good understanding of HACCP, BRC, and retailer standards is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
