The Role

The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment journey, they will be the first point of contact for incredible candidates, and a strategic partner to the hiring managers.This isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about shaping the companies future.

Day-to-day Duties

• Leading the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to welcoming new hires on their first day.
• Building a strong talent pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creative outreach.

• Conducting interviews and assessments that go beyond the resume to find the right fit.

• Advising and supporting our hiring managers to ensure we’re always using best practices.

• Playing a key role in improving our recruitment strategies and the overall candidate experience.

The person

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and engage top talent.

• Working closely with managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.

• Taking ownership of our onboarding and probation processes to set new employees up for success.

• Thinking creatively about how we can continuously improve our recruitment practices.
