Senior Compliance Manager

MCS Group is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join a high-performing, dynamic financial planning firm. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity based in Co. Down.

The Rewards:

As the successful Senior Compliance Manager, you will receive the following:

• Package of £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:

As the successful Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in:

• Development and maintenance of robust processes and systems to ensure that the firm’s Compliance / Consumer Duty obligations to clients are consistently met.
• Regularly liaise with the firm’s external compliance consultants
• Ensuring that the firm conducts all client focused work in the most efficient manner possible through adoption of key technologies.
• Building and maintaining audit processes to ensure that best practice is maintained and evidenced at all stages of our advice process.
• Oversight of key Management Information data and fulfilment of ongoing FCA Reporting requirements.
• Working with an enthusiastic team who strive for excellence at every stage of the advice process.

The Person:

The successful Senior Compliance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Ideally have a proven background within financial planning or wealth management
• Experienced in drafting and implementing processes and handling a firm’s compliance needs
• Level 4 Diploma qualified – any further professional qualifications are a bonus
• ‘Obsessed’ with standard of work and always be compliance-forward
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing manner
