Administrator
My client based in Belfast, has an urgent requirement for an Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, temporary position for initially 4 months.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-3pm
Hourly rate: £12.50
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing an efficient, confidential, and professional administrative support service for the general office personnel.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSE’s
- Proven and demonstrable administration experience
- Experience of working on the phones and switchboard
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload – while working under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good IT skills – with the use of MS Office
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data input
- Typing client/ customer info
- Chasing suppliers for details
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
