Customer Services Administrator
Location: Cookstown
Our busy client in the Cookstown area require a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Working as part of a growing team your duties will include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Provide cover for the department when needed.
- Encourage good working relationships between departments.
- Work alongside sales representatives and updating CRM system
- Communicate with despatch & logistics companies to ensure the correct delivery service.
Criteria:
- Experience within Customer Service.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
- Experience in pricing and negotiation would be desirable.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible.
- Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
