Customer Services Administrator

Location: Cookstown

Our busy client in the Cookstown area require a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Working as part of a growing team your duties will include:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answering questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Provide cover for the department when needed.
  • Encourage good working relationships between departments.
  • Work alongside sales representatives and updating CRM system
  • Communicate with despatch & logistics companies to ensure the correct delivery service.

Criteria:

  • Experience within Customer Service.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Experience in pricing and negotiation would be desirable.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible.
  • Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
