This is your opportunity to join a leading transport company who are seeking a Yard Admin to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis.
About you
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally hold a forklift license
Duties
- Container stock managing moves in/out, rotation and stock checks
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and accurate daily reporting.
- Ensure correct containers are booked in and out.
- Liaise with external hauliers to ensure that customers requests
- Work with customers ensuring that customer requests and queries are met and dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Maintain good health and safety practices for all staff and visitors.
- Make quick decisions and work efficiently under pressure.
- Other Adhoc duties
