Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a growing financial planning firm as they seek a Client Support Team Lead to oversee the day to day operations of the client support function.
The Company:
Our client is an expanding financial planning firm who are continuously growing and building out a support team that’s just as capable as their advisers.
The Role:
As the Client Support Team Lead, you’ll be leading and coaching the support team, as well as handling complex cases and admin tasks. Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop Client Managers to deliver proactive, high-quality service
- Manage workloads and deadlines, ensuring advisers are fully supported
- Take ownership of complex or high-priority client tasks when required
- Oversee onboarding, reviews, and service delivery, equipping advisers with everything they need for client meetings
- Serve as the main operational contact for advisers and paraplanners
- Ensure compliance and uphold quality standards across all processes
- Support paraplanning activities, if qualified, including research, technical analysis, and report preparation

What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience in financial services administration (pensions, investments, insurance, wealth management)
- Demonstrated leadership ability, managing people, processes, and priorities effectively
- Proactive and self-driven, with a track record of taking initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (achieved or in progress)
- Background in paraplanning or technical support is highly desirable
