Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Frasers, delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty. With a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset, you’ll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment, while also supporting store operations when required.
- Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry
- Offer assistance and first-contact solutions, e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
- Support nearby tills or departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
- Participate in store events and activations, sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
- Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures
- Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and brand representation
