The Opportunity

We are representing a well-established recruitment business with an outstanding reputation in specialist search. They are looking to appoint an Executive Search Specialist with a focus on Accountancy & Finance to join their highly successful team.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to work closely with a highly respected senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage senior-level recruitment assignments within the Accountancy & Finance space (typically £60k+ salaries).

• Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior finance professionals.

• Work directly alongside senior leadership to shape and deliver executive search strategies.

About You

• Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with a track record in senior/executive-level hires.

• Sector Knowledge: Background in finance and accounting recruitment strongly preferred.

• Approach: Professional, consultative, and credible when working with senior-level candidates and clients.

• Motivation: Ambitious and driven, with a desire to build long-term client relationships rather than quick wins.
