We are hiring for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in the County Tyrone area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business objectives across multiple sites.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR guidance, manage complex employee relations, and lead people development strategies to foster a high-performance culture.

The Role:

  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on operational issues
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and resolve disputes
  • Offer performance management guidance, including coaching and career development
  • Collaborate with management to improve work relationships, boost morale, and reduce turnover
  • Lead recruitment efforts for operations and ensure compliance with fair employment legislation
  • Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Chair meetings with operations teams and lead HR initiatives
  • Implement and manage employee development strategies and succession planning
  • Oversee pay reviews, bonus structures, and manage the operations skills matrix

The Person:

  • Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR role, with a broad HR generalist background
  • Associate membership of CIPD
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience with PAMS and North Time Data is beneficial
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Full, clean driver’s licence with access to own vehicle
