HR Manager

Our client, a lead manufacturer are looking for an experienced HR Manager to come in and take control of the companies HR duties. This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will have full autonomy of the HR department.

Main Duties:

  • Recruitment & selection
  • Provision of advice to front line managers
  • Management of employee relations
  • Performance management
  • Absence management
  • Design and delivery of inductions and training
  • Demonstration of knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
  • Provide guidance, advice and support to all staff and managers on any employment issues

The Person will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 3 years HR Manager level or 5 years experience at Senior HR Officer level is essential
  • CIPD Level 5 or HR Management degree is essential
  • Experience of working within an environment that can require sensitivity, high levels of self-awareness and a level of regulatory compliance
  • Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks
  • A professional and confident approach to working relationships
  • Great communication and literacy skills
