HR Manager
Our client, a lead manufacturer are looking for an experienced HR Manager to come in and take control of the companies HR duties. This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will have full autonomy of the HR department.

Main Duties:
- Recruitment & selection
- Provision of advice to front line managers
- Management of employee relations
- Performance management
- Absence management
- Design and delivery of inductions and training
- Demonstration of knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
- Provide guidance, advice and support to all staff and managers on any employment issues
The Person will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 3 years HR Manager level or 5 years experience at Senior HR Officer level is essential
- CIPD Level 5 or HR Management degree is essential
- Experience of working within an environment that can require sensitivity, high levels of self-awareness and a level of regulatory compliance
- Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks
- A professional and confident approach to working relationships
- Great communication and literacy skills
