JOB TITLE: Housing Manager
ROLE INFORMATION:1 x37hrs Permanent Reserve List
REPORTS TO: Director of Housing and Communities
Essential Criteria
Educated to degree level
4 years experience in a Housing Management role including:
Tenancy Management
Rent Accounting
Void Management
Antisocial Behaviour Management, Allocations etc.
2 years staff management experience (in a team environment)
Knowledge of housing policy issues in Northern Ireland.
Research and development of strategy and policy.
Interpretation of policy into operational practice ensuring compliance.
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa’s.
