Administrator (Fixed Term 6-9 Months)
Responsible for creating Sales Invoices, Inputting stock, updating spreadsheets and filing
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing Sales specifications/Invoices via Sage 200
- Inputting Stock via Sage 200
- Updating Spreadsheets via Excel
- Filing
- General Duties: Supporting other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous similar experience is desirable although training will be provided
- Skills:
- Strong Excel and general IT proficiency
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Highly organised and efficient.
Work Environment:
- Office environment
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am -1pm
Skills:
- Accurate Data Entry
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Solid IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
