What You’ll Do
As our QSE Administrator, you’ll support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) systems. You’ll work closely with site management and senior leadership to ensure compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control
- Maintain, update, and distribute QSE documentation, policies, procedures, and records in conjunction with the management team
- Compliance & Auditing
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and evidence.
- Track and follow up on audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Record and analyse QSE performance metrics (e.g., incident reports, waste data, quality defects).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review meetings.
- Training & Awareness
- Maintain training records and assist in scheduling QSE-related training sessions.
- Support communication campaigns to promote QSE awareness.
- Incident & Risk Management
- Assist in logging incidents, near misses, and hazards into the QSE system.
- Help coordinate investigations and follow-up actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support initiatives to enhance processes and meet QSE objectives.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation, standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a QSE or compliance role.
- Familiarity with management system audits (internal or external).
- Qualification in Quality, Safety, or Environmental management (desirable but not essential).
- Experience working in regulated or high-compliance industries is advantageous.
