Office Administrator
Our client are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our growing operations.
What Youll Do

Work alongside our Accounts and Service teams.

Maintain accurate records and databases, including financial information.

Track and uphold customer service levels and KPIs.

Prepare management reports.
-
Coordinate with our supply chain to keep jobs on schedule.

Handle calls and provide customer support when needed.

Receive full training to help you succeed.
What Were Looking For

5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English and Maths.

Strong organisation skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Clear, confident communication skillsboth verbal and written.

Solid numeracy and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Professional, confident telephone manner.
