Brook Street Recruitment is proud to support our client in Mallusk in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a varied role combining administration and warehouse duties, including the use of a Counterbalance Forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry and internal records across logistics systems
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order dispatch
- Respond to customer order emails professionally and promptly
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations
- Assist with export documentation and compliance for international shipping
- Operate the Counterbalance Forklift to move goods as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics admin
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of export/import processes (desirable)
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Hours: 2PM – 10PM (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £25,000 approx.
