The post holder will be responsible for processing shipments to and from customers and suppliers, compliantly and cost-efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all import and export procedures and controls
- Maintain established KPIs
- Obtain relevant shipments details to complete document compliance
- Recognise and react to the urgency of customer orders ensuring all turnaround times are met
- Ensure accurate paperwork completion as per customers and country specific requirement
- Negotiate the most cost-effective shipment method

Requirements
Essential
- Ability to interrogate 123 with particular focus on stock movement transactions
- Awareness of logistics compliance and quality management
- Ability to calmly problem solve
- Calm and confident with problem solving skills.
- Team player
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, with particular attention to Excel and Outlook
Desirable
Hold Level 2 Certificate in international Trade & logistics (or equivalent) prepared to undertake it
