?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion our Go For Zero safety culture and lead by example.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all Agri sites.
- Collaborate with Central HSE and site teams to roll out impactful campaigns and training.
- Drive environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead investigations and implement robust corrective actions.
- Influence change through data, insight, and strong stakeholder engagement.
?? What You Bring
Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate & IEMA Environmental Management Certificate
- Experience in FMCG, ideally within Agriculture
- Strong communicator, coach, and problem-solver
Desirable:
- Working towards NEBOSH or Environmental Diploma
- Skilled in incident investigation and audit standards
