The job in a nutshell:
Your job will be to lead the commercial function across a number of live and upcoming projects making sure that cost, value, risk, and procurement are all managed professionally and proactively, from pre-construction to final account.
Should you apply?
We think candidates with 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors should apply.
If youve handled multiple packages or full-project commercial control, youll be a strong fit. Bonus points if youre comfortable managing junior QS staff or liaising with clients.
