With growing divisions, Spiritly and Kirker Greer, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator.

This role will sit at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring seamless purchasing processes, strong supplier relationships, and an efficient flow of goods. You will be exposed to a wide range of categories, from boutique wines to global spirit brands, and work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • SKU Management: Setting up and maintaining new product SKUs across our systems.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Preparing reports such as spend analysis, savings tracking, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Order Support: Assisting in resolving order discrepancies, managing damaged goods claims, and following up on delayed deliveries.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Coordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Purchase Order Administration: Managing purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Price File Management: Updating and maintaining supplier and sales price files.
  • Compliance: Managing commodity codes and assisting with TSS (Trader Support Service) compliance.
  • Product Data Updates: Updating product details and other key product information as required.
  • Logistics Support: Assisting in booking and managing logistics for import orders.

Reporting Structure

The Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator will have dual reporting lines, working closely under the direct guidance of:

  • The Procurement Manager at Spiritly
  • The Procurement Manager at Kirker Greer

This dual reporting structure ensures alignment with the needs and objectives of both divisions.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong computer literacy and confidence with digital systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
