Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Main Contractor to appoint a Bid Writer to their growing team.
As a Bid Writer, you will shape project pipelines through your work. Working with a team of experts in tendering, you will have the opportunity to boost your experience and career. This role will focus mainly on Civil projects.
Your new role:
- Coordinate tender responses, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Take the lead on writing and submitting PQQs, ITTs and presentations.
- Analyses tender feedback for future process improvements.
- Take part in internal meetings to improve submission quality and keep the team flowing as one.
- Work closely with teams across the business
- Assist in the development of top-quality practices and strategies for winning work
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Previous background in work-winning in Construction or Civil Engineering
- The ability to manage complex tenders
- Serious attention to detail
Beneficial attributes:
- Degree-level education in a related field, such as Communications or Construction
- Experience with a range of software including creative software
