Our client, a well-established and respected wholesale business in West Belfast, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Client Sales Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships while ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

Due to the nature of the business, this role is a 4am start.

Location: West Belfast
Salary: £35,000 £40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 04:00am 13:00pm

• Alternate Saturdays: 04:00am 10:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and grow relationships with existing wholesale clients

• Coordinate and process orders, manage shipment tracking, and resolve any order-related issues

• Monitor sales performance and profitability metrics

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, product details, and delivery updates

• Conduct on-site visits to strengthen client engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in wholesale sales or a client-facing sales role

• Comfortable with early morning starts (4am start essential)

• Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal

• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and client management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
