Quality Technologist – Enniskillen ?? (Onsite, Mon-Fri)
We’re hiring a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team! This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. ????
What You’ll Do
- Champion food safety and quality culture
- Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards
- Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations)
- Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances
- Support audits and investigations
- Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc.
- Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements
What You’ll Bring
? Essential:
- HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards
- Excellent communication & organisation
- Problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Desirable:
- 8-step problem solving experience
- Experience leading third-party audits
- Background in Food Safety/Technology
