The Role
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Coordinator is to support the day to day activities of the ACS Engineering team. This includes managing the Engineering Stores: ordering, receiving, organising, issuing and maintaining accurate inventory records for the parts and materials used during Planned and Unplanned maintenance activities. In addition, the role oversees the scheduling and coordination of statutory inspections and third-party contractors.
Key Requirements
- Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate track record of delivering excellent results in a similar role:
- Maintenance Planning
- Material ordering
- Inventory control
- Experience of mechanical / electrical componentry
- Reporting
Working knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance procedures and systems

Working Pattern
This role will be based on a flex working pattern. This means your core hours are 10.00 – 16.00 based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday.
