The Role:

Management of File Updates

To store, arrange and index candidate records, meeting administrative and legal requirements;

To devise and ensure the implementation of retention and disposal schedules and routinely audit records to ensure compliance with legislative or regulatory requirements;

To assist in the ongoing transfer from paper to electronic records management systems.


Recruitment Administration

To assist candidates through the recruitment process appropriate to the chosen country of interest, utilising screening templates and carrying out all administration related to this process;

To ensure adherence to the NHS Employment Check Standards for all candidates seeking work in the United Kingdom including (but not limited to): Verification of Identity; Right to Work, Employment History & References; Occupational Health; Criminal Records and Professional Registration & Qualifications;

To liaise with external bodies and providers to process relevant checks & verifications in line with required standards;

To assist assigned Recruitment Consultant(s) in the maintenance of candidate compliance;

To ensure that email correspondence for the attention of the Compliance team is responded to promptly, professionally and fully;

To ensure that all company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to fully and on time;

To identify business opportunities and to gather and pass on sales lead information to the Recruitment team accordingly


Essential Criteria:

Educated to ‘A’ Level (or equivalent)

§One years’ previous experience in an administrative role

A solid background and understanding of providing outstanding customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A strong appreciation of teamwork to achieve team objectives

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently
