Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a growing residential developer delivering high-quality homes?

Due to organic growth VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work on social housing timber frame development in Craigavon

Remuneration:
£Very Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package

Overview of Role:

• Oversee all construction activity from start to finish
• Lead toolbox talks
• Ensure drawings, specifications and building regulations are adhered to
• Liaise with trades teams and subcontractors
• Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations

The Ideal Person:

• Relevant Site Cards and full driving license
• Prior experience in new build residential projects
• Experience working with timber frame construction methods
• Background in social housing developments is highly desirable
• Good IT skills
