This is company has been trading successfully for many years. It includes a Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland operation, and a small retail arm. They provide a small range of construction products & services, which are in high demand.

They invest heavily in online marketing resulting in lots of inbound sales enquires via social media channels.

The Job

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, youll enjoy a varied role, ensuring social media sites have fresh content added on a regular basis, examples posts could be Pictures of finished projects, customer testimonials, features & benefits of products being installed, Health & Safety advantages, Improved space after installation etc. All designed to help attract new customers.

• Follow up on all emails, social media comments, with a call to convert customers & close sales.
• Support customers with technical questions or upsell additional services (will be taught all).
• Books jobs for the fitting team, gather customer data and process payments.
• Help create new social media sites or sales channels on new platforms such as TikTok Shop, ensuring regular content is added and leads followed to close sales.
• Provide general business admin to ensure a smooth sales and marketing process.
• Offer excellent customer service and support to both internal teams and external clients.

About You

2+ years of experience in commercial business or sales admin type position.

Ideally previous experience managing social media sites or E-Commerce sites.

Strong admin, customer service, and IT skills.

Positive, can-do attitude with the ability call customers and close sales (this is honestly not difficult, its a product that anyone enquiring about will buy, they are already doing 40-50 installs per week, they are also willing to give someone a try who is keen to learn).

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms effectively.
