Administrative Officer (Temporary)
Pay: £14.84 per hour
Duration: Minimum 2 weeks, potential up to 6 weeks ⏳
Location: Environmental Health Service Unit
Team: Landlord Registration Scheme
Reports to: Landlord Registrar
Main Duties ️

Clear backlog of emails and issue new correspondence

Provide secretarial and admin support to the team ️

Assist with customer queries (letter, email, phone) ☎️

Help clear data migration issues related to landlord services
Person We’re Looking For
Essential:
✅ 5 GCSEs (A–C) incl. English & Maths (or NVQ Level 2)
✅ 3+ years’ experience in clerical/admin work
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Good at prioritising workload and managing own time ⏰
(If no qualifications, 5 years’ relevant experience needed.)
Desirable (‘Nice to Have’):
✨ Customer service experience
✨ Experience pulling reports from databases
✨ Experience taking minutes and servicing meetings
✨ Experience working with external partners
