Job Summary

Based in Viry-Châtillon, in the Paris area (France), we are looking for a Tyre Performance Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing development. Key Responsibilities:Develop physical and thermal models to simulate tyre and vehicle performance.Provide tyre preparation targets to the race team.Deliver clear guidelines to drivers for tyre preparation on out-laps, tyre management during races, and lap time optimisation during push laps.Support the race strategy group and trackside engineers through pre-event studies and real-time analysis from the Ops Room or at the track.Define and deliver realistic tyre development programmes.Analyse technical data from tests and races and share conclusions with relevant stakeholders.Profile & Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Dynamics, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role in motorsport, preferably with knowledge of tyre dynamics.Strong understanding of tyre thermal and physical modelling.Familiarity with simulation tools and data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python).Ability to work under pressure in a high-performance team environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Availability to travel internationally to attend races and tests.
