The Role

Join a dedicated day-care team supporting vulnerable adults to enjoy meaningful activities, reach personal goals and receive high-quality personal care. Youll plan and deliver person-centred programmes, assist with daily living needs, keep accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Duties

• Design and review individual support & care plans

• Facilitate leisure, education and community activities

• Provide personal care (toileting, feeding, bathing)

• Administer medication (training provided)

• Record daily notes and incident reports

• Work closely with colleagues and attend team meetings

Essential Criteria

• 5?GCSEs (AC) or equivalent

• NISCC registered (or willing to register)

• =?6?months experience with vulnerable adults/children

• Willing to complete mandatory face-to-face training

• Clear written & verbal communication

• Team player who can work independently

• Calm, resilient and able to manage challenging behaviour
