Responsibilities
- Dealing with clients via telephone and email
- Answering queries and dealing with complaints
- Monitoring and tracking freight movements in real-time
- Keeping clients informed at every stage of the delivery process
- Supporting the Transport Manager with job bookings and admin tasks
- Problem-solving on the go to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries
Criteria
- At least 1 year of experience in Transport / Logistics AND 1 year in a Customer Service Role
- Fully PC Literate
- Strong IT skills and confident using systems and trackers
- Excellent communication – clear, concise and always professional
- Being able to remain calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude
