We are now looking for a creative and commercially minded Interior Designer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role
As an Interior Designer, you will deliver outstanding interior design solutions for our clients, from concept through to completion, paying attention to the finer details that make the spaces you create visually strong and functionally special for the client, while easy to install for our teams.
Working closely with the Senior Designer, youll lead multiple projects of varying scales, co-ordinating timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships, all while maintaining a strong client focus.
Youll translate client briefs into striking design concepts through mood boards, spatial plans and 3D visualisations, ensuring the creative vision is executed with precision.
Additionally, you will:
– Produce drawing packages including joinery details, lighting plans, and elevations
– Prepare FF&E and finishes schedules
– Source and specify FF&E within cost constraints and design awareness
– Help deliver presentations and workshops to communicate concepts and gather feedback
– Collaborate effectively with Commercial, Preconstruction, and Delivery teams pre and post-contract
About You
To be considered as an Interior Designer, you will need:
– A minimum of three years experience in interior design from concept to completion
– Experience in the construction/fit-out sector with knowledge of best practices
– Proficiency in AutoCAD
– Experience with 3D modelling (SketchUp, Enscape)
– Familiarity with graphic and typical design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Trueviewer, Autodesk, etc.)
– Excellent spatial planning and furniture layout skills
– Strong bespoke joinery design skills and furniture knowledge
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Exceptional project management and organisational skills
– A relevant qualification in Interior Design
– A full, valid driving licence
