Project Manager / Business Analyst – Derivatives & Clearing
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in derivatives clearing to help deliver a high-profile global change programme across Futures and OTC clearing for a leading investment bank.
Rate: £515/day, initial 9 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategic change projects
- Drive initiatives across Futures, Derivatives, and Clearing (FDC) operations.
- Own project documentation: charters, plans, risk/issue logs, requirements, and stakeholder updates.
- Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
- Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders and global program coordinators.
- Support innovation through process improvement across FDC operations.
- Build executive-level presentations and act as a change champion across the business.
✅ Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in banking operations, change, or transformation.
- Proven background in project management and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and OTC products.
- Familiarity with ETD/OTC regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project).
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
