Were looking for a talented and driven Production Design Engineer to join our forward-thinking engineering team.

About the Role

Youll work closely with departments including design and production teams to deliver innovative solutions.

This is a hands-on role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery

1.Adopt developed product and transition to production for introduction to the market within a fast paced dynamic engineering environment.

2.Complete product design improvements from concept, design, support, build and installation.

3.Assist production with engineering support and guidance.

4.Co-ordinate with colleagues to support the sales team with technical specifications, sales drawings, site visits and technical advice.

5.Meet regularly with Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Design Team to ensure effective communication of information relative to potential business improvement initiatives.

6.Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve production, product quality and customer satisfaction.

7.Co-ordinate with other departments relative to Engineering Design.

8.Follow company processes relating to equipment design.

9.Produce CAD models and drawings using 2D and 3D CAD systems.

10.Ensure drawings meet the companys design specifications.

11.Source materials and components relative to any new product improvement designs, ensuring value for money.

12.Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and trade shows as required for the purpose of providing technical product expertise.

13. Provide technical support and assist Aftersales with customer enquiries.

Working hours and flexibility:

• Choose between 4 or 4.5 day week
• Flexitime: Flexible start and finish times on a weekly basis
