Excel Recruitment is seeking dedicated, experienced Chefs of all levels to join our dynamic team for temporary work across the Greater Belfast area!
Whether you’re a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or a Head Chef, we have exciting opportunities with hotels, restaurants, contract catering sites, and event venues. This is the perfect role for chefs who are passionate about food, love variety in their work, and are looking for flexible hours with excellent rates of pay.
Responsibilities
- Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
- Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
- Keep workstations clean and organized
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment
- HACCP (Excel can help with this if needed)
- Available for daytime shifts, Mon-Fri
- As a Chef you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Good level of spoken & written English
