Production Manager

Were a family-run specialist joinery and fire doorset manufacturer with over 50 years in the trade. Based just outside Coalisland, we supply high-volume, certified fire doorsets all manufactured in-house.

Were looking for a practical, organised Production Manager to take ownership of workflow, planning and day-to-day efficiency in the workshop.

Joinery experience is highly desirable.

Location: 5 Annaghmore Rd, Coalisland, Dungannon

Salary: £25k£35k+ (flexible to negotiate dependent on experience),

Hours: MonThurs: 8am5pm, Fri: 8am4pm

What Youll Be Doing:

• Plan and manage production flow to keep jobs on track
• Agree and manage door schedules and compliance
• Oversee stock levels and material planning
• Liaise with the client team on deliveries and timelines
• Help spot ways to improve efficiency across the shop floor

• Have some CAD experience (producing drawings but not essential)
