The Role
This is an opportunity for a Front End Developer to work across multiple web products and contribute to the development of clean, contemporary user interfaces. Working closely with designers, developers and stakeholders, you’ll bring complex customer journeys and transactional flows to life.
You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless UX across products and marketing sites, leveraging your technical skills and creative eye to improve interface quality, responsiveness and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance front ends
- Use tools such as Figma to interpret and implement mock-ups
- Build and consume secure REST APIs
- Support the delivery of mobile-responsive web applications
- Contribute to UI testing frameworks and component libraries
- Research new tools, frameworks, and trends for continual improvement
Essential Experience
- 2+ years’ experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Competent with HTML5, CSS3, Git and responsive design principles
- Experience integrating APIs and working with UI testing frameworks
- Strong design sensibility and ability to translate mock-ups into scalable front ends
- Previous use of tools such as Figma for design interpretation
