We are working with an international law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Personal Injury team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a prestigious personal injury team, handling a range of matters including motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and industrial disease claims.
Responsibilities include advising on liability, preparing pleadings, managing litigation through the whole lifecycle of claims, and attending court when required. The role also requires drafting detailing reports for clients and providing strategic advice.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-3 years’ PQE;
- Personal injury experience;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Strong academic background;
- Willingness to attend business development events;
- Client-focused;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
