The Role
As our Hotel Reception Manager, you’ll be the face of our hotel and the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. You will lead a team of Hotel receptionists, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and be the go-to person for guests and team alike.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services

Mentor, support, and lead the reception team to consistently deliver exceptional service

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

Manage bookings, room allocations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Monitor performance, manage schedules, and implement service improvements

Maintain high standards of presentation and customer care in the reception area
- Duty management responsibilities as required.
You’ll have:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or front desk supervisory role (essential)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A warm and welcoming personality with strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A calm, professional approach and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience of Opera cloud would be adventageous
