Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated parts driver to join our successful parts team.
As a Parts Driver, you will enjoy working in a busy trade department ensuring the correct parts are delivered to customers, while exceeding expectations where possible, and delivering high-class service.
The main duties of the role include:
- Liaise with customers, assisting in identifying and sourcing parts
- Ensure parts are correctly delivered to specification and checked on arrival.
- Maintain a tidy Parts van and working area.
- Assist with stock checks, identifying damaged goods or losses.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Effective communication skills
- Proven experience working as a Parts department
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- A keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in a target-driven role
- Core skills in computing are essential
- Experience with Kerridge an advantage
- A full, clean driving licence
