Artemis Human Capital are working with a growing, forward-thinking business to recruit a Company Accountant for a newly created, high-impact role. This position offers real opportunity for career progression within a modern and ambitious finance function.
Youll take a leading role in transforming how finance operates, streamlining processes, and supporting data-driven decision making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead improvements to ERP systems and automate finance workflows
- Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards for commercial teams
- Support finance team training and adoption of digital tools
- Collaborate with leadership on reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement across finance operations
The Person
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience with strong systems exposure
- ERP implementation or upgrade experience
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI and finance automation tools
- Proactive, tech-minded approach with strong communication skills
