This is a senior leadership opportunity to manage a large-scale, highly automated manufacturing site employing over 240 people. The General Manager will oversee engineering, production, maintenance, SHEQ, and continuous improvement, with full site responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Oversee engineering performance, reliability, and capex projects
- Drive lean initiatives, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Manage budgets and ensure best-value procurement
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- 5+ years experience in a senior operations role within heavy/high-volume manufacturing
- Proven track record in automation, capital projects, and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills
