We’re currently recruiting a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our People, Development & Compliance department in Lombard House, Belfast.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
As our new Quality & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
- Participating and promoting a culture focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for people supported by Inspire’s services
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Quality theme within Inspire’s strategic plans
- Enabling the administration, management and oversight of Inspire’s Quality and Compliance Frameworks
- Promoting a culture of robust Information Governance through effective security and compliance with Data Protection Legislation
- Act as a role model, coaching and supporting staff
? What We’re Looking For:
- In-depth experience within Quality & Compliance
- Demonstrable experience of the management and delivery of Quality processes across disciplines
- Strong background in successful line management
- Proven experience of developing strong consultative relationships
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload to ensure efficiency
- A full driving licence and access to a car (Business Insurance required)
