Your new role
This is a newly created position for a Stores Manager, reflecting the company’s growth and evolving needs. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores function, leading a small team, and ensuring efficient stock control, material flow, and support to production.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Previous manufacturing/ engineering background/experience
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement
